“I joined the community after I went to a By Referral Only workshop. At the workshop Joe taught a strategy about adding a referral request to my email signature. After the workshop I came back to work and did just what Joe said. Wow! Of the first seven people that I sent an email to with that tag line, five of them came back with a referral.
“Right now two of those five referrals are loans that will be closing within the next two to three weeks, and the other three referrals are now buyers I’m currently working with to help them sell their home. Altogether the commissions will be about $26,000.
“I put the tag line in two separate sentences above my name. It says,
Oh yeah, in the next 2 weeks you will know of friends, neighbors, or coworkers who are looking to sell or buy a home or need a mortgage.
Be sure to tell them about your experience working with me and call me right away with their phone numbers so that I can help them, too.
“It’s pretty amazing that a simple tag line in my email can be so spectacularly successful!”
