A Thought About Being On Time

Feeling valuable is the cornerstone of self-discipline because when you consider yourself to be valuable, you take care of yourself; you honor yourself.

When I create rituals that install disciplines, I’m saying to myself, "Joe, I love you" because when I believe I'm valuable then I treat my time like it has value.

Procrastination, and being late for appointments, is a byproduct of not thinking you’re a valuable person.

Because I see myself as valuable I'm always on time.

I’m reminded again how valuable your thoughts are to me in changing; as in your recommendation, book of the month, “Switch,” by Heath; a term used: “motivate the elephant.” Really works. Your thoughts today remind me: “On Time” equals “I love my Self.” I switch my behavior by finding the feeling, giving my time (love and joy)to harvesting love and joy; a beautiful thought to transforming how I treat my time.

I love the thought that I get the big things done! You are so, so right about procrastination.
