Nice workout. I haven't had the time to workout in about a year now but can't wait for BRO to help me find the time again.
I've done curls and shoulder raises while balancing on my knees on the ball but my trainer and I never thought of standing on it. Great push ups as well. I've done those feet balancing on ball and hands on 1-2 medicine balls. But that looks easy compared to your style.
What types of straps are you using for those push ups?
I've still been playing tennis or bball once a week if I am lucky.
Excercise is so important. We have a guy who plays bball with us and he's 74 and says its because of all the stretching that keeps him going. I am 34 and only hope I can keep that up at his age. My dad also played bball last week only 2 weeks after a neck dissection to remove the cancer (65 yrs old).
Thanks for the motivation to get back to the gym & keep up the good work.

Awesome workout! I used to be a Physical Therapist and used to manage a group of Fitness Trainers here in Vegas. What you just did is an extremely advanced core exercise and I just want to give you so much props for attaining that level of fitness!
Thanks for sharing! You just motivated me to make time for the gym today!
