Magic Words For Living
One Of My Top 10 Most Inspiring Bible Verses
Wisdom and understanding are better than silver and gold and
nothing I desire can compare with them; therefore, I make it my
ambition and desire to have understanding and wisdom; therefore
I know I will have all of the other desires of my heart.
(Proverbs 8:10-11)
I'm curious, can you tell me what Bible verse inspires you most?
Joe

2 Timothy 1:7
for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind;
Micha 6:8
He has shown you, O man, what is good.
What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly,
to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
(p.s. - re: the above - progress not perfection!)

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8

1 Corinthians 13:1-8a
If I speak in human and angelic tongues
but do not have love,
I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal.
And if I have the gift of prophecy
and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge;
if I have all faith so as to move mountains,
but do not have love, I am nothing.
If I give away everything I own,
and if I hand my body over so that I may boast
but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind.
It is not jealous, is not pompous,
it is not inflated, it is not rude,
it does not seek its own interests,
it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury,
it does not rejoice over wrongdoing
but rejoices with the truth.
It bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never fails.

Proverbs 3:5-12
"Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life!
Honor God with everything you own; give him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, your wine vats will brim over. But don't, dear friend, resent God's discipline; don't sulk under his loving correction. It's the child he loves that God corrects; a father's delight is behind all this." (The Message)

Luke 6:38
Having a giving attitude in all you do and you'll get back more then you give. God will return blessings to you abundantly-packed in and flowing over. How you treat others is how they will treat you.
***reminds me of "lead with a giving hand" and as Zig says "If you help enough other people get what they want you will get what you want".
In-Joy,
Julia

John 17:3
This means everlasting life their taking in knowledge of you the only true God and the one you sent forth Jesus Christ.
Emotion is the result of appreciation and appreciation the result of knowledge. It all starts with knowledge.

(1 Chronicles 29:11-12) "Everything in the heavens and earth are yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as being in control of everything, Riches and honor come from you alone, and you are the Ruler of all mankind; your hand controls power and might, and it is at your discretion that men are made great and given strenght"
