Chris Williams’ Most Creative Chili

First secret – Do not measure ingredients

2-3 lbs of ground beef or chuck steak
Add black pepper to taste
1 packet of Mexican Chili Powder
1 packet of Mexican Cumin
6 rounded teaspoons of garlic
2-3 bunches green onions
Green chilies
1 packet Mexican Red Cayenne Pepper
2 1/2 packets of Texas Chili Powder
Oregano to taste
1 packet Mexican Paprika
1/2 can beef broth
3 cans of stewed tomatoes (preferably flavored)
3 large cans of black beans
Lots of Tapatio Hot Sauce
Brown meat and drain, adding black pepper to taste.
Throw it all into crock pot. Stir well.
Simmer in crock pot for 5 hours.
Serve w/ cheese and top w/ sour cream.

Instructions how to eat

First 3 bites, enjoy the flavor
Fourth bite, feel the heat.

Christine Bernales’ Best Flavor Chili

There is not a specific measure for any of the ingredients.
Ground turkey
Green bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
Cook the top 4 all together until they are cooked.
1 can of tomato sauce
Pinto beans or small red beans
Lawry’s chili bean powder flavor packet

Put them all together and simmer on low for 45 minutes.
