Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the By Referral Only offices are closed November 25. One Ugly Yellow Sign – $100,000 in Commissions
Russell Parker, with American Dream Homes Realty in Bellflower, California shared his success story at a recent Main Event:
"I just had breakfast with a client who got my number from an Ugly Yellow Sign six months ago. She passed the sign, parked, walked back, wrote down the phone number, listened to the free recorded message, called me, and I started working with her. "During the transaction, she referred a number of coworkers from her office and I helped four with their transactions. After her transaction closed, I threw a housewarming party and that brought me six more transactions. Now I'm doing a refinance for her. I ended up with 12 transactions, about $100,000 in commissions, all from one client and one Ugly Yellow Sign.
"Three years ago I did 30 transactions. In 2005, I'm on track for 180, and I took the whole month of August off. I work with clients I like and care about, who like and care about me. The By Referral Only systems work!"

Tools and Talent
One of our core values is passion, and our Webmaster Nathan Shevlin truly has a passion for what he does – spending most of his day in cyberspace, managing the By Referral Only website.
Just a few of Nathan's many responsibilities include adding new Results in Action materials and Super Servant interviews to the website; adding recordings of the During, After, Marketing and other TeleClasses so you can listen to them at your convenience; making updates to MORE documents; designing this Community Weekly On-line; sending e-mails to remind you of upcoming Community Remodel Days; and every fix, tweak, add and delete needed to make the website as user friendly as possible. He also works in conjunction with the sales and marketing departments, finding new ways to introduce potential members to the By Referral Only Community via the website.
Nathan's favorite part of working at By Referral Only? "Seeing others succeed with the help of my efforts."
Faster Access to The Results in Action kit
One of our guiding principles at By Referral Only is, "What can we do to enhance our members' experience?" One way we've determined is to give you faster access to the Results in Action kit.
Effective with the January 2006 Results in Action kit, you can get almost everything from the website, including Joe Stumpf's monthly inspirational message, the Super Servant interviews, and templates for the Touchpoint Of The Month, Letter From The Heart, and Evidence of Success postcards. The January Results in Action kit will be live on the website Wednesday, November 30, 2005.
Each month, you'll still receive a package in the mail containing the Super Servant CD with templates and the TeleClass Schedule, five Personal Acknowledgement Note (PAN) cards and envelopes, instructions for writing a PAN, and – three times a year – your Results in Action magazine.
The Palm Springs Main Event
The January 9-11 Main Event takes place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, California, approximately 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Hotel amenities include two golf courses, two restaurants for casual or upscale dining, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Local attractions include the Palm Springs Desert and Air Museums, the Joshua Tree National Forest, and nearby canyons where you can experience breathtaking hikes, bike tours, and even hot air balloon rides.
By Referral Only has arranged a special room rate for Main Event attendees: These rooms, normally $349 per night, are available for $179 a night for a single or double, a savings to you of more than $170 per night.
