Real-Time Voicemail Gets Real-Life Results
Selma Santos, with Weichert Realtors Yates & Associates in Tampa, Florida, shared her success story at a recent Main Event:

Relocating Clients? The Referral Hotline Can Help
Many of you have clients relocating to another area and naturally, you want to refer them to By Referral Only Realtors and Lenders in that area. The good news is that help with a regional referral is just a telephone call away. The easiest way to do this is to call the Referral Hotline at 800-950-7325, ext. 4, and ask for the names of members in the desired area. But – when you do ask, request member names not just in a specific city, but also in the surrounding cities. For example, if you only ask for Hutchinson, Kansas, you may get only one or two member names. However, if you check your atlas and ask for Hutchinson, Elmer, Burton, and Willowbrook – including three nearby communities – you should get several names to refer. If you’re asking for member names in a large city like Chicago, Illinois, check your atlas and request names from the surrounding suburbs, as well.
The San Diego Main Event
The June 13-15 Main Event takes place at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, California, approximately 20 minutes from San Diego International Airport.
