The Reconnect Letter That Gets Results

"After spending 38 years in the criminal justice system, I decided to change career paths and needed some 'now' business to get myself started. My Coach, Sorour Gritz, really encouraged me to do the Reconnect Letter.
"I sent out 135 Reconnect Letters to my closest friends and other relationships, asking them to consider me and refer people when they're thinking of buying or selling a home. Out of those 135 letters, I received 14 responses. Some of them were, 'Hey, that's great!' or 'Congratulations!' but five of them had lead implications. I followed up with them, and three turned into transactions which earned me $22,700 in commissions. And since I spent about $60 on the letter, my return on investment was $378-to-$1.
"This January I completed my first year in real estate, and I'll have my first anniversary in the By Referral Only Community in April. By Referral Only is the basis of my thriving business. I have Sorour and the community to thank for that."

Check Out Your Evidence of Success Postcards in The May Results in Action Kit
The May Results in Action kit will be available on the website Friday, March 31, and we want to give you a heads-up regarding the Evidence of Success postcards.
The two postcards are about giving out-of-the-area referrals. Did you know that you have the opportunity to generate income when you refer a client who's selling their home and moving out of your immediate area?
