Are You Receiving a $35-to-$1 Return on Your Investment?
Jeff Feldman, with South Bay Realty in Naples, Florida, shared his success story at a recent Main Event:
“When I first started in the business, I was sending out the traditional real estate postcards. One side had a glossy photo of a sunset on the beach and the other side showed a big picture of me with the words, ‘Would you like to sell your home for top dollar and sell it quick? Call Jeff Feldman.’
“Well, I’ve been in the community for a little over a year and boy, have I learned a lot.
“After using those glossy postcards for about eight months, and getting a few phone calls, but no appointments or listings, I finally came over to what I call ‘the right side’ – the By Referral Only side – and started mailing Evidence of Success postcards.
“I spent $400 on the postcards and from that investment alone I got four listing appointments and two listings. The two listings totaled over $700,000. When they closed, they yielded over $14,000 in commissions – a $35-to-$1 return.”

Here at By Referral Only, we’re always eager to go the extra mile to enhance our members’ experience. That’s where Rob Lisama comes in.
As our Member Workshop Coordinator, Rob works hand-in-hand with our Events staff, who organize The Main Events, Community Remodel Days and free workshops. He’s responsible for coordinating the member speakers you hear at The Main Event, as well as traveling to the various locations of Community Remodel Days, setting up the conference room, preparing the food and beverages, acting as a Coach and a valuable resource for members, and quickly handling any issue that might arise during the event.
According to Rob, “Meeting members at Community Remodel Days is always fun. I enjoy seeing old friends and catching up with everyone. And being with Joe Stumpf on the road, to hear the latest and greatest scripts or strategies, is an enriching experience that makes this job a perfect balance between learning and serving our members.”

The good news is we record many of the classes, so you can access expert coaching and hear input about real-life topics 24 hours a day. This gives you access to a host of recordings to listen to on your computer or to download on your iPod.

The Daytona Beach Main Event
The April 10-12 Main Event takes place at the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village in Daytona Beach, Florida, just minutes from Daytona International Airport.
