Bob’s Reconnect Letter Gets Amazing Results

Bob Guidice, with Golfpark Properties in Celebration, Florida, shared his success story at a recent Main Event:

Bob Guidice “After I segmented my database, I sent out my Reconnect Letter. I chose one from the By Referral Only website, made some minor changes to personalize it with details about my new company and who I am, and mailed about 90 letters. The cost was minimal – $70 – and it only took a couple of hours. The results were simply amazing.

“I thought I knew my Top 150 and they all knew me, so I didn’t think I needed to use this letter. But a few days after sending it, I received calls from seven or eight people who said how excited they were about my new strategy and my new philosophy, and how they would spend time trying to build my business with me. One person even called me to say, ‘I’m glad I got your letter. I always thought you were doing so well that I never needed to refer people.’ He sent me a referral and within 60 days the transaction closed for a commission of about $10,000 – a $143-to-$1 return.”

Bob’s amazing results: 90 letters + $70 cost = A $10,000 commission and a $143-to-$1 return.

Employee Spotlight: The Mac Man


Troy WedbergOur Employee Spotlight for February is a rare combination of the creative – and the practical.

Troy Wedberg, Graphic Designer, spends his days at his Mac computer, designing wonderful print graphics (that’s his creative side) always on deadline (that’s his practical side). Whether he’s working on materials for members like Results in Action magazine, on marketing pieces to promote the free Half-Day Workshops and The Main Event, or on visuals we’ll see at our company meeting or at member events, Troy takes pride in doing his best, every time and on time.

Troy’s can-do attitude, commitment to excellence, and “How can I help you?” approach are three more reasons we honor him as this month’s Spotlight.

Having Trouble Reading Your TeleClass Schedule?

In every Community Weekly On-line we include a TeleClass Schedule that you access by clicking the Hot TeleClasses icon. Now and again, we receive queries about how to make the TeleClass Schedule easier to read. The solution is simple: Just change the view percentage (circled in red) on your toolbar. The more you increase the percentage – the larger the information on your screen.
