Karriann Graf, with Century 21 The United Group in Hanford, California, shared her success story with her Coach, Deberra Guay:
"When I joined the By Referral Only Community, my goal for 2005 was 30 real estate transactions and a net total of $64,000. I'd only been an agent for two years and I was new to the area – having moved from Maine to California. I'm currently at 42 closed transactions, $185,000, with four active escrows, three active listings, and I anticipate reaching $200,000 before the end of the year.

Bad News BROs Part Deux
The Bad News BROs are a collection of By Referral Only teammates who played softball during the fall season and gave new meaning to our core value of "fun."The Bad News BROs started off 1-0 and battled hard in every game. Unfortunately, the team finished the season below .500, but there were many great memories: Coaches Craig Medeiros and Dan Paris consistently leading off games with line drive base hits, Accounts Receivable Clerk Chris Lane dazzling the crowd with his defense at shortstop, and Business Development Consultant Steve Abramson sauntering his way around the base paths.
Even though we didn't win it all this season, as the saying goes, "Just wait ‘til next year!"

The Palm Springs Main Event
The January 9-11 Main Event takes place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, California, approximately 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Hotel amenities include two golf courses, two restaurants for casual or upscale dining, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Local attractions include the Palm Springs Desert and Air Museums, the Joshua Tree National Forest, and nearby canyons where you can experience breathtaking hikes, bike tours, and even hot air balloon rides.
