The flyer also said we’re going to have a group-only showing one time, 11:30 sharp on Saturday morning. “I pulled up at 11:30 and there were three people standing in the driveway. Okay, that was cool – some people actually waiting for an open house! As I get out of my car I hear behind me, ‘Boom, boom, boom, boom!’ I turned around and 25 cars up and down the street have people climbing out of them and walking up to this house. We walk in, and it was like a holiday cocktail party. There were people climbing up and down the stairs, in and out the back door. We sold that house in 45 minutes.
“I couldn’t believe it. So, since I couldn’t believe it, I tried it on my next listing. We sold that listing in six days.
