Jennifer Chambers, with Exit Realty Showcase/Homeowners Mortgage of America in Rome, Georgia, recently e-mailed this success story to her Coach, Jeanne Gurrera:

They didn't buy that particular listing, but they did allow me to be their real estate and mortgage consultant for those two purchases. You've either met our Employee Spotlight for April – or you will.
Business Development Representative Melinda Theilen attends every Main Event, many By Referral Only free workshops and plenty of Community Remodel Days, where she represents our company to both current and potential community members. A Message Board Tip
If you like to save time (and who doesn't?), when you log on to the Message Board on the By Referral Only website, use the Message Board search engine before you post a new message – it may save you time in waiting for a response if the information you need is already posted. Just click on the Search icon, located in the upper right of the Message Board home page. This takes you to a new screen where you can type in your query. A query of "Ugly Yellow Sign," or "APS," or "Top Producer" will net you a host of results. A query such as "Phoenix" will let you view relocation or referral opportunities in that area. You can even search for posts by a member; if you type "Welsh," you'll find all of Todd Welsh's posts and replies. Give it a try the next time you're on the website and get helpful information quickly from your By Referral Only colleagues.
The Chicago Main Event
The May 15-17 Main Event takes place at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort in Lincolnshire, Illinois, just 25 minutes from O'Hare International Airport.
