$30,900 From A Letter I Didn’t Like
Pamela Jensen, with Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, Washington, may not like the letter, but she sure likes the results:
"I was in the business five years, then took nine years off to be with my family. When I decided to re-enter the business, I opted to join the By Referral Only 1:1 Coaching Program. He said, 'I know you as a person and I know you're hardworking, but your business philosophy was inspirational!' I listed his house for $400,000, and helped him purchase his new house for $625,000 – $30,900 in commissions from a letter I didn't like.

Chili Con Carne-Val
When people think of April, they have mostly "taxing" thoughts. But not the FUN-tastiks! This time around, they're "spicing" up April with the First Annual By Referral Only Chili Cook-Off.While seven different chilis simmered in crock pots, By Referral Only staff judged the entries in three categories: Best Flavor, Most Creative, and Spiciest. Choices ranged from all meat/no beans to one called "Red Reno Inferno Chili" (that included directions on how to safely enjoy it), and some staff dared to try all seven!
Topping it all off, the competitors offered sides of cheese and onions, and just in case the heat "inferno-ized" you, a bowl of sour cream helped extinguish the fire.
