Lou had 17 listings last week so we dug in to how he can actually turn those listings in to “sellers”. So I showed him the Word of Mouth Marketing program. We discussed how he could go back to this group of “listers” and show them how he can employ his 18% and really increase the ability to get these properties sold.
In addition to increasing his list by 40 people in two days (he’s only met with two so far with other appointments scheduled), he’s received two price reductions and four new referrals as a result of one of the meetings.
Doing the math together, Lou and I calculated the potential revenue to be $20K…this is the $20K more than he thought he’d have at 7:30 AM PST last week.
